Installing, Administering and Configuring Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Introduction
This two-day, instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills that are needed to manage Microsoft Windows® XP Professional computers in a Microsoft Windows Server™ 2003 environment. Additional information for Windows 2000 is also included explaining how it differs from Windows XP Professional.
Pre-Requisites
Before attending this course, students must have:
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge,
and either:
- Completed Course 2208 - Upgrading Your Skills from Microsoft Windows NT to Microsoft Windows Server 2003,
or completed both of the following exams:
- Course 2274 - Managing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
- Course 2275 - Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
Outcomes
- This course will help the student prepare for the following Microsoft Certified Professional exams:
- Exam 70-210 - Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional
