Currently looking for:

Trainers classroom-based [Full-time/contract]

  • All Microsoft Technical curriculum (prefer MCTs, but non-MCTs considered with assistance to attain MCT)
  • All Microsoft Desktop Applications, Adobe suit of applications & Crystal Reporting
  • Based in Australian & New Zealand capital cities (especially Australian eastern seaboard)
  • Some (limited) consultation work to help you keep business knowledge current

We are looking for sessional and full-time Trainers who are professional communicators and specialists in their chosen fields.  You would ideally have the following knowledge, skills & experience:

  • A qualification in Training or Education or Technical aptitude
  • Proven experience in delivering desktop application or technical systems training
  • The ability to establish rapport with participants quickly
  • The ability to impart technical information in a user-friendly manner
  • Microsoft accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be highly regarded

Junior and senior Sales Account Manager and BDM

  • Base + Super + Commission

Due to the expanding growth of our dynamic training organisation, we are seeking truly motivated people who want to develop their career in IT/Education sales. You must be motivated and energetic with a desire to learn new skills and technologies.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you would ideally have the following knowledge, skills & experience:

  •  Motivated and energetic
  •  Passion to succeed
  •  Prior sales experience is highly regarded
  •  Experience with Microsoft and Red Hat technologies
  •  A general understanding of IT would also be highly regarded

This role, working in a team environment, is primarily outbound solution selling and face-to-face client interaction in a majority of instances. Daily responsibilities include managing existing accounts, sourcing new clients, building quotes and managing and growing a CRM database.

Package includes a Base salary, Commission, Super and ongoing professional development.
