ROOM HIRE AGREEMENT
This Document outlines the Terms and Conditions of room hire bookings between Advanced Training and the customer.
Terms and Conditions:
- The ‘room hire booking’ form must be completed and signed stating all requirements and number of attendees before commencement of each room hire.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to manage all set-ups.
- All equipment shipments to Advanced Training venue are the responsibility of the customers and Advanced Training takes no responsibility.
- All fees and charges must be paid in advance or in the case of approved purchase order transaction previously agreed by Advanced Training, within 14 days of the course start date.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will only be effective on the date of receipt and are applicable as follows:
- Greater than 14 days prior to course commencement, no cancellation fee
- Less than between 9 and 14 days to course commencement, 50% of course fee
- Less than 8 days or less to course commencement, 100% of the course fee
- Advanced Training reserves the right to cancel. In the case of room hire cancellation, the customer will be notified in writing 14 days to course commencement and refunded or not charged accordingly.
