Advanced SUSE Linux Administration (3038): Part 3


This course is designed for students who have completed the mini course, SUSE LINUX: Network Services. In a network, you should secure your SLES 9 server against local attacks by creating a general security policy. You should also create a backup strategy to ensure that data will never be lost. This course guides you to secure your SLES 9 system and develop a backup strategy. These, along with the skills learned in the SUSE LINUX Fundamentals (3036) and SUSE LINUX Administration (3037) courses, bring you a step closer to take the Novell Certified Linux Professional (Novell CLP) certification practicum test.
