Welcome to the sixth course in the CompTIA® A+® Certification (2009 Objectives - Windows 7) series of courses. In this course, the focus will be on portable computing systems and printers. With modern technology being implemented on most portable computing devices, it is certain that throughout your career as a professional PC technician, you will need to provide support for a number of these devices, including laptops and smartphones. As with portable devices, printers are also a device you must support and maintain.



  • In the CompTIA® A+® Certification (2009 Objectives - Windows 7) series, you will install, upgrade, repair, configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. In this sixth course in the series, you will support portable computing devices and printers.
