Welcome to Part 4 of the CompTIA Network+® (2009 Objectives) series. The last part of the course will take you through the areas of networking that are crucial to managing a network effectively. You will review network data storage methods, network operating systems used, network management techniques, and all aspects of network troubleshooting. To be a good network technician, you must be able to plan and maintain all components of the network from the proper hardware and operating system, to applying the appropriate troubleshooting guidelines and general maintenance techniques.

  • In this course,you will identify and describe the foundational networking theories, terminology, and technologies used in modern PC-based computer networks. You will also learn information and skills that will be helpful as you prepare for the CompTIA Network+ certification examination, 2009 objectives (exam number N10-004).
