IT Infrastructure Library (ITILŪ) Foundation Certification v3.0 (Comprehensive)

Description:

Whether you are upgrading from one service to another, improving an existing service, or designing a service from scratch, an organized approach must be taken to ensure that services are managed consistently throughout their Lifecycle. ITIL describes a number of processes that can be used to guide the development of a service from its initial conception at the Service Strategy phase to its actual use in the Service Operation phase. Whether you are a certification candidate preparing for the ITIL Foundations v3 exam or an IT professional trying to improve IT service practices in your organization, you will benefit from the basic concepts used in IT service management that are presented in this course. This course is targeted towards IT professionals who work in IT service support and delivery: including service desk/help desk managers and staff; IT department managers; or any other IT support and delivery roles; who either wish to advance to service management, benefit from the knowledge of a de facto standard for describing IT service and support, or who wish to refine their skills in their current service management job to include ITIL best practices. The running time of this self-study elearning course is an estimate. It assumes that you will spend approximately 4 hours of that time in independent exam preparation, by downloading, completing, and reviewing the ITIL practice exam material that is provided in this course. This course is accredited by CSME.
