In this course, you will learn the fundamental concepts of telephony, data communication, and wireless communication.This course is for beginners, IT managers, or other professionals, who would like to understand technologies and services offered in today's telecommunications networks. Specifically, it is intended for persons who are preparing for entry-level careers in the telecommunications field, but who do not have prior academic background in telecommunications studies or technical work experience in the telecommunications field. The basic information presented in this course will enable those persons to pursue further specialized training in specific technology areas with the eventual goal of qualifying for work as a telecommunications technical professional.
