Upgrading to NetWare 6 (3000): Part 2


This course is designed for students seeking to upgrade to NetWare 6 CNE®. They should be certified as NetWare 5 CNE or a NetWare 4 CNE, should have taken Course 3002, and should be preparing to take Upgrading to NetWare 6. They should already have an understanding of the basics of TCP/IP, IPX™ to IP migration, TIMESYNC, eDirectory, Novell Storage Services, Certificate Server, Novell Licensing Services, or Novell Distributed Printing Services™(NDPS®). They should also have an understanding of the new features of NetWare 6, installing a new NetWare 6 server into an existing eDirectory™ tree, and deploying eDirectory into an existing network. In this course they will install and use NetWare 6 remote management tools, use Novell Storage Services (NSS), install, configure, and use NetWare 6 user access components, and cluster-enable volumes and services.
