Description:

In this online learning course, you will plan and deploy hosted services for Web, Data and SharePoint hosting. This also helps you prepare for the certification exam 70-501.

Student Prerequisites:

• 3+ years of experience managing a Microsoft Windows-based network.
• An MCSE on Windows Server 2003 credential or equivalent knowledge.
• Knowledge equivalent to that taught in Course 2576.
• Familiarity with operational best practices such as those described in the Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• The ability and experience to troubleshoot the following:
  • IIS
  • Active Directory
  • Security
  • Networkstorage
  • Infrastructure 0

Objectives:

• Plan and deploy the Web hosting service.
• Plan and deploy the data hosting service.
• Plan and deploy the SharePoint hosting service.
