This 2-hour workshop focuses on more of the advanced event-handling capabilities of Visual Studio.NET 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0.

Within the workshop you will learn the following:

  • Working with non-default event handlers and centralized event handlers.
  • Using server-side redirection.
  • Detecting browser types, versions and capabilities.
  • Programmatically accessing the page header.
  • Using the HttpResponse.Write method.
  • Handling page-level exceptions.


As a workshop, most of your learning will take place during the extensive lab.
