Description:

In this 2-hour course, you learn about different methods of deploying the 2007 Microsoft Office System. You learn how to deploy using manual deployment, as well as using automated methods such as the BDD, SMS, and group policy. In the lab, you will use automated methods to deploy the 2007 Office System.

This course helps you prepare for exam 70-624.

Student prerequisites:

  • Experience deploying, managing, and supporting either Windows® client systems or Office System technologies.
  • Familiarity with standard client and application deployment methods, such as RIS, imaging, and SMS.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory® directory service.
  • Familiarity with the 2007 Office System and Windows Vista™.
