In this course you will examine Windows 2000 installation and boot process, explore hardware and software installation, study hard disk memory organization and the management of users, groups, and resources across a network.


  • After completing this course you will be able to identify the components of both large and small networks. You will also be able to explain the OSI networking model, what the Active Directory is, and how to use the Microsoft Management Console.
