ZENworks 2.0: Workstation Management

  • NetWare 5.0 System Administration, Part Three

Description:

In this course you will Install ZENworks 2.0 on your NetWare 5.0 server and upgrade your Novell Client to the ZENworks client; create a Workstation Import policy; use snAppShot; customize Application Launcher; create user and workstation policy packages; configure Help Requester through Application Launcher; configure the Remote Management policy; take inventory of your workstation and generate reports based on inventory.

Objectives:

  • After completing this course you will be able to install ZENworks, register and import workstations, use Application Launcher, manage Applications, create and configure workstation manager policies, and use the Help Requester. You will also be able to configure the Remote Management Policy, perform maintenance, and use troubleshooting procedures.
